The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 30th May 2021 at 10am in the Main Sanctuary and streamed live to the Auditorium and via Youtube on both the Chinese and Bilingual worship services streaming videos. Just like last year, this year’s AGM will be an announcement of the results of the proxy votes cast for the election of elders and deacons as well as other AGM matters. Members can attend the AGM onsite after the end of the Chinese service or before the start of the Bilingual service, or watch it on the respective live-streamed worship services. The AGM ministry reports and financial and budget reports are attached for reading. You can email, mail or call us with any responses or queries from now up to 17th May. If there are revisions, the proxy forms will be distributed on 18th May, and collected before 25th May. The proxy forms shall be an indication of your attendance of the AGM.
兹订于2021年5月30 日(主日)上午十时华语崇拜聚会后和华英崇拜聚会前举行堂议会，公布选举长老执事和其他议程的结果，届时务请准时出席或观看现场直播为荷。在此附上堂议会事工报告和财政与预算报告，供阅读与询问。如果有修改5月18日将寄出并再收集寄票表格，请在5月25日以前回复，以代表为堂议会的法定人数之一。
