JSEEDS LEARNING CENTRE

Introducing the Jseeds P1 Preparatory Course!
Jseeds is offering a 10 module prep course specially designed for Kindergarten children to equip them with the essential skills for a smooth transition to P1.
At Jseeds, we understand that the transition to primary school can be a daunting change for both parent and child and as such this programme, crafted by an MOE professional, would be the ideal solution to bridge that transition!
In addition to providing them with a foundational head start in primary English and Mathematics, the programme integrates life skills such as money management, ensuring a healthy diet and social skills that would come in useful as they embark on the next big step in life.

通过今年在Spooner Road的服事，我们列下100个儿童与青少年为赞助对象，期待透过筹款，让他们每人可以有一双新的校鞋和一些新文具。受惠的孩子将获得30元的Bata礼劵和大众书局20元的礼劵。如果你愿意爱心赞助，可开一张支票给教会（背页写“社区服务，给学生打气“）交到四楼的収奉献的柜台，或自行去购买礼劵，然后交给李风宁长老或廖乃慧传道。
We have identified about 100 children and youth living at Spooner Road whom would benefit from having a new pair of school shoes and stationery to start school in 2014. We would like to appeal for $30 Bata vouchers and $20 Popular vouchers for each child. If you like to bless the children, you can either issue a cheque to “Jubilee Church”stating at the back of your cheque JCSC Back to School Project and pass to offering table at 4th floor; or you can purchase the vouchers and pass them directly to Elder Jonathan Lee or Pastor Nai Fwei.

Jubilee CSC next community project is scheduled on the 26th Jan 2013 (Saturday) at 9.30-11.30am. This time we are working with Tiong Bahru CC/RC volunteers in distributing Chinese New Year goodies to the residents of blk 110, 115, 116, 117 and 124.
As there are five blocks of flat with a total of 917 units, we would need at least 60 volunteers.

社区服务124爱心行动
12月15日禧年社区服务中心 (Jubilee Community Service Centre) 受邀，与中峇鲁公民咨询委员会(Tiong Bahru CC) 一起办一个圣诞活動，邀请住在124座組屋的貧困居民参加。
我们需要人来做两样事：1. 唱圣诞诗歌 （英文） 2. 接触居民，做Befriender（如果能一家人出動更佳)。

Next Community Project
14th Jan 2012 @ 10am
Jubilee CSC next community project has been changed to the 14th Jan 2012 (Saturday) at 10am. This time we need not pack the food items as the donor has settled that. There will be five blocks of flat with a total of 917 units. Jubilee CSC will be on our own this time to take care of blk 124 while the Tiong Bahru CC/RCs will take care of the other four blocks.
As we are giving out rice and more food items, we would need at least 40 volunteers just for blk 124. Kindly sms (81790170) or email to jubileecsc@gmail.com to indicate your interest to participate.

禧年社区服务中心第二次的服务已经定于明年1月14日（周六）上午10点。这一次我们不需要把各样的食品包装为一袋又一袋，因为捐献者送来的就已经包好了。这些食品礼包将会分派给5座组屋的居民，共917户。这一回本堂的义工将会派食品礼包给124座的居民，而中巴鲁联络所/RC的义工则负责分派给另外4座组屋的居民。
由于我们分派的是米和其他食品，每袋会比较重，所以需要至少40位义工一起出力，分给大牌124座的居民。有意参加者请发简信到81790170 或者发电邮到jubileecsc@gmail.com，请留下你的姓名，我们将会与你确认。

Jubilee Community Service Centre would like to thank all volunteers for their support and hard work on the 3rd and 4th December 2011 in JCSC first community project.
Special thanks to Tat Hui Food Pte Ltd for blessing the poor and needy with 3000 packs of instant noodles; a Jubilee brother for contributing 50 cartons of cream cracker biscuits; and another brother for contributing big red plastic bags.
We would like to thank Youth Ministry for sending more than twenty youth volunteers, and Hua Yuan Fellowship for cancelling their English classes so that they can join us in distributing the food items.
Without your love and support, the residents at blk 124 would not be blessed in this special way. Their joy and smiles are the rewards to your hard work.
